DigiHands cannot cancel orders simply because of a change of mind. If you need to edit delivery details or a contact number, email hello@digihands.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing.
Your shipping confirmation email contains the tracking number and courier link. Where available, tracking can also be accessed through your account/order area.
DigiHands offers a 14-day return policy for most products. Items should be in their original condition, unused and with packaging intact, subject to the applicable returns policy.
Exchanges are available for most products within 14 days of receipt. Contact hello@digihands.co.uk with your order details and the item you would like to exchange.
DigiHands advertises next-day delivery for qualifying orders placed before the published weekday cut-off. Check the current shipping policy at checkout for the latest eligibility.
If the order has not been processed, contact DigiHands promptly. Once shipped, an address change may not be possible.
